Our Catering Division specialises in the supply of temporary and permanent staff to the Catering and Leisure Sector. We recognise that the Catering and Hospitality operations can often operate under high levels of pressure and can frequently have requirements at very short notice and at unsociable hours. At Hunters we recruit and maintain a highly skilled team of both front and back of house staff to satisfy your business needs. We have built a multi tasked team which can provide an effective support to your operation as and when you require them. From Head Chefs to Porters all of our staff undertake our In-house training and assessment programme which allows us to match the right Candidate to the right Client. The Hunters team is available at the hours you need them, so if one of your members of staff phones in sick at the weekend you can sure of the fact that you will be able to contact your Hunters Account Manager and that they will be able to fulfil your requirements.
We understand that image is important when providing Front of House staff which is why we at Hunters provide uniforms for staff when it is required. Hunters will mirror the standards set by your own staff presentation. Often the Catering division interfaces with the Events team which allows us to offer diverse work opportunity and create and keep a multi skilled team.
The Catering team have invested in an In House Trainer who delivers Food & Hygiene and Basic Food Hygiene Level 1 to staff that are involved in food & food preparation, this gives us the ability to create our own skilled workforce.
