In recognition of this Hunters Solutions is licensed under the Gang Master Act (license number HUN 0007) which was brought into legislation in October 2006.
We understood very early on just how important this legislation would be in managing a legal and morally correct workforce which is why we were amongst the first providers to undertake the audit for the GLA in May 2006.
Having undertaken the extensive and exhaustive audit process you can be assured that all staff provided by Hunters are supplied to nationally recognised GLA and Home Office approved standards.
We understand the significance of this which is why Hunters has made significant investment in ensuring that our systems and procedures are able to deal identify illegal workers as they enter our business.
This means that as a Client of ours you will only be provided with staff that are all legally entitled to work in the UK.
In addition to this our entire work force regardless of origin has to meet or exceed our base level entry system in order to be able to join our team.
We also understand that identifying a supplier who understands your needs and requirement is not an easy task that is why at Hunters we would allocate you with your own Account Manager who will take the time to work with your and your team in understanding what support you need, why you need it and for how long you need it .
